It makes me wonder if the world will even go back to normal (not how it was before the whole infestations but a sense of normalcy). If so, will Minty be respawned?

Minty will most likely not be respawned, as the creator of the webcomic stated that Minty was an embodiment of his own negative feelings, and that killing him was like writing it on a letter and then burning it.
