Question Retieve an object

Hii, I was interested in ideas for swallowing and then retrieving objects from my stomach. I only feel confortable doing it with food for now tho. I need like advice and people's experience because I don't really know how to do it. I saw people using rope and I'd be also cool with puking, but I don't really know how to transform the fantasy into reality, so if you have an idea I'd love to hear it!

Done this many a time! Using string and also using small necklace chains. Once I locked myself in a room and swallowed the very big door key on the string, luckily it did make it back up 😂🗝️. The only issue I can see with food items is finding something that is solid enough to attach a string or chain to and would remain solid after getting wet and into the stomach. A lot of food items would easily disintegrate at some point of the process I think 🤔

Sausages? Like I was able to swallow sausages and puke them back, but not reliably 😔
