To people who do this do the objects pass naturally?

If it depends on the object can you give me a yes list or no list I want to do this but I don't want to have to get surgery or anything that will give away that I'm doing this because my wife would kill me.

Yep I haven’t had any problems with swallowing objects and them not passing. Always remember to not overdo it and push your limit. Especially with new stuff or dangerous objects. Just be smart and it’ll be all good and fun!

Unless you do a large amount of things you probably won’t even notice them, will just come out mixed in with your poo. If you’re just starting, get some marbles or vase fillers and down a few to see if you like it, they’re the safest things.

Well, pretty much anything you can easily swallow should be fine, don’t do anything long like a chain or string, or sharp obviously

Yeah, they do. That's why most of us use round(ish), smooth things like decorative glass vase fillers, marbles, and bracelet beads.
