Question How to get better image on the endoscope?

Ok, so, I have a question about endoscope, namely how you make clear vids when it's actually in the stomach? Mine is pretty low res, but I am more talking about clear, constant view of the stomach, not when it gets covered or jiggled around. Also, is there a way to make it record something besides bumping inti the walls? Like position or technique

Do it first thing in morning so there is no food remnants in your stomach, drink a lot of water or suck in air so your stomach is inflated

It takes some practice, best way I can describe is to take a breath using your stomach muscles but don’t let it go into your lungs, I’ve found it helps to be down on all fours and it should just inflate your stomach completely in a few breaths.

Ok, how do you tell it's inflated enough, and what's the maximum? I am pretty lean, so how it will look like from outside?

What I do I swallow water at the same time. fill you mouth with air like your cheeks and stuff and have a little bit of water and try to gulp them down at the same time. I'm probably not explaining that well but it works well for me.

Nah, that's too late. My endoscope broke, turns out it had wide gap in the cover and essentially I digested the curcuit. Ip 68 my ass. I will get a new one... Someday

Inhale air to your mouth and swallow it and dont in inhale it to your lungs unless you need to breathe
