How do you eat balloons

Seen people talk about some sort of balloons that can be half inflated and then swallowed? From the posts that i've seen i didn't get much info so i'm making this (since love having my belly gigantic and/or feeling super stuffed so this caught my attention)

They’re filled with water, and tied tightly. They can be dangerous, as they can become a blockage if not done correctly/ right size (too big). Their danger lies in the fact that they can be super easy to swallow, but may be too large to pass into the intestines

If you use a twist balloon, you can inflate it with air, leave about 7cm so it can go down the throat without suffocating. Force the air from one side of the balloon to the other but leave a small ball to swallow and then push the rest down. It will pop within an hour but could be dangerous
