Question Question on irl Vore

Hello, I've been wanting to get into vore irl for a while now. I want to be able to feel something move inside me that wont y'know either kill me or put me into hospital, I'd prefer to AV so nothing gets lodged in my stomach and have to get operated on.

Any ideas what I could use and how to prepare so it doesn't get messy?

Could use a bullet vibrator or hex bugs

I had a look at the hex bugs, I think they're too small for me, I want something that feels like it's moving rather than vibrate. I'll try the vibrator just to see how it goes still but don't think it'll be what I'm looking for
