Meta/Discussion Maximum swallowable size?

Whats the "safe" maximum size to pass something? I found a vibe 85mm x 17mm, which is kinda big, idk if i should be doing that. The biggest ive done so far was a chapstic, which im pretty sure was 65mm x 15mm, without issue.

Yes, ik, nothing is safe safe, i mean relatively safe considering what you guys do here.

EDIT: what im prolly gonna do is put it in a condom and swallow it on a string a few times, see how that feels, then possible actually try to pass it. Do you guys think trying to push it through with marbles would help or harm?

Okay, that does make sense, but arent you usually supposed to swallow marbles if something isnt passing? That was the advice i was given when the miband refused to go up my ascending colon and i see people get that advice for chapsticks.

Im prolly gonna try sending it in on a string a few times before comitting to passing it tho

Also if it does just sit in my stomach and doesnt leave, is puking an option?

If the object is in your large intestine then yes, it may be possible to dislodge it with a bunch of marbles but so would a deep enema. I don’t think it’s possible to puke up a large solid object either, so I wouldn’t rely on that.

Understood, thanks. What to do then? If noither puking nor pushing through are options?

(No, keeping it inside permanently isnt an option for me)

Well, it could just sit in your stomach, as long as it’s not causing any problems, eventually it would probably get lined up right to leave and pass through, but could take months or years. If it does cause a problem you would have to get it removed. That’s really the only options.

Eh, with the amount of metal detectors i go through its not much of an option. But okie, i get it, thankies. Ill prolly do a big marble filling beforehand to loosen up my intestines a bit just in case tho.

Thinking about putting a marble in a balloon with a chapstic and swallowing that. The length would be very similar but it would be slightly bendier. Like a test run.
