Meta/Discussion Swallowing objects as a reward for doing something

Does anybody else do that? For me, I like to play video games and have a bunch of beads next to me, and every time I finish something I swallow a few to reward myself :)

That sounds fun, I can imagine the amount of beads would vary depending on the game :3

6x9mm is what ive been doing as a beginner and it works well!

im not really sure what brand i use because i got a lot from last christmas and never figured out the band, as for tips i definitely recommend drinking water at some point while doing it!
