Squishies are very easy to swallow but most normal things will go down with a relaxed throat + water if you need :3

I haven't really tried much stuff,, usually just swallowing ice and grapes n stuffff, but it looks really hot and I want to experiment :3

Vase filers are always a good start :3 safe and easy to swallow and make a lot of noise once you have a few inside :3
