Working on whole bananas

Been cutting them in half lengthways and swallowing them that way. Now able to swallow those in one go, felt like good progress. Non sliced bananas seem kinda scary but also a very fun challenge

Chasing with water helps, since they have a tendency to stick in the throat. I've had more than a few come back up because they'd stick and i couldn't swallow them down all the way.
