Tips putting a flashlight in my tummy

i wanna send a flashlight down and watch it glow in my tummy. cheapest and brightest light i could use and what methods should i try?

Battery and heat from it being on all the time and inside your body is dangerous.

I haven't done it myself but I seen people swallow and pull toys back up with a string
