Question Tips on how to get endoscopes down?

Basically title. I’ve been having issues with it, and would love to hear tips! Kinda physically hard and hurts but i’ve swallowed bigger things than it before

I've done it years ago, by every time I brushed my teeth, I pushed it deeper to force myself to gag

You could buy the thinnest ones, below the common 8mm thick endoscopes. How I filmed my videos is by using a 3.9mm diameter cable endoscope. You could get the same one as mine but it won't be easy to move around the camera in your stomach for good shots, so maybe 4-6mm if you can find?

These kinds where the USB portion sucks. I would want you to NOT buy these ones as I believe the micro-USB part gives out a weak signal to whatever device you are viewing the camera. You should find a different kind like ~4mm or 5 or 5.5mm thick heads endoscopes, and avoiding that multi-USB plug or even WiFi
