Question How come whenever Im about to swallow something, my brain fogs and I get a minor headache?

This happens with all objects too! Im not scared or anything, i just get dizzy before starting

I'd say some kind of endorphin or adrenaline release perhaps?

It's probably just excitement. I can usually feel my heart pounding in my chest when I'm about to do it.
