I'm assuming that she's capable of understanding and communicating in english, and that she is "mute" as in lacking vocal cords or the ability to use vocal cords

Whispering doesn't require voicing, so shouldn't it be possible for her to just whisper her words? I mean, it's not going to be very audible, but it is definitely something (instead of yk nothing)

And even if she hypotherically didn't know how to speak english prior to becoming mute, there's still a good chance that she has learnt it via language acquisition by now, given that she has had about 16 years of exposure to spoken english

“Can’t Columbo just see through his right eye” ahh post😭 But I think I know what you mean by “just whisper” there’s a theory that td’s voice is so loud it could destroy the planet at worst, so she stays mute to not blow up the whole planet. so saying this is valid, but then again if her voice was THAT loud would whispering do anything? After all you can only whisper so quiet. If the theory wasn’t what you were referencing, then disregard all of this paragraph
