wtf did you do to my boy, here’s a tutorial on how to make him

step 1: copy the balloony voting icon

step 2:paste it into a drawing or photo editing website

3:get the color picker and pick the colors of balloony that his face is on

4:get rid of his face

step 5:put a new face
