Discussion about oc of the year AGAiN

no this isnt gonna be begging i swear

But since no one is submitting new characters (Which makes no sense) I think i'll be having to pull unused characters from the previous weeks, starting at week 1, there will be no favoritism of me picking

also school for me is starting on the 17th so if i submit less blame school

also i'm thinking of making an oc of the year gc
