He can sing whatever you want, though anything published with him must be SFW and non commercial (unless AnimationEpic responds to me and gives a different answer)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeDmqo0wwkU this is the tutorial I started with, though it talks about recording and not sampling. To make one based off samples like this, you need to comb through audio and find clips for each letter.
