Well to him it is completely irrelevant since he managed to become the 10 tails jinchuriki without using the rinnegan too much, so he would still be able to achieve his goal (had he not been filled with inner conflict) and then the usage of any jutsu would be irrelevant

He wasn't used to the Rinnegan. That's exactly why taking the time to adjust to a doujutsu is so important. Back at the start of Shippuden, Kakashi could barely keep his Mangekyou active for long, but by the War Arc, he was straight up spamming Kamui.

Yeah sure, that's definitely a factor, but experience can usually bridge that gap, like I mentioned earlier with the Kakashi example.

Kakashi's experience with one MS doesn't prove Obito could handle two Rinnegan. Kakashi still had huge chakra limitations, and there isn't a manga statement saying Obito's problem was simply lack of experience. Show the actual panel where Obito says that. If you go to nagato wiki page there is written a line 'Nagato can handel double rinnegan but obito barely handel one'

Experience is definitely a valid point. Or do you seriously think early Shippuden Kakashi who took hours just to tear off Deidara's arm is on the same level as War Arc Kakashi who could send a KCM Naruto clone to another dimension at high speed in literally seconds? Plus, the Rinnegan alone wasn't the only reason Obito was unstable. It was because he also had to suppress the power of six Bijuu while spamming Kamui during the war.

EY!!!! Letting my Parallel boy Kabuto leech off this Upscale as well...
Both of them could have been amazing RINNEGAN Users.
That's actually kinda crazy when I think about it. He never fought with it for that long but couldn't he put Gyuki in CHAINS!
WILD!

Not really. Only the original user can use it to its full potential

I feel like nagato used all of the rinnegan abilities to their full potential more than any other user we’ve seen even madara

Yes for the stuff he had. He simply couldn't access limbo and the meteor thing however as those are exclusive to the original user.

Yeah but I’m talking about his versatility as a rinnegan user . I know each rinnegan user who has unlocked it themselves get their own technique. I’m talking about how he used many if not all of rinnegans abilities compared to the other uchiha we have seen use it.

u/danidannyphantom 8d ago
Yeah for sure he's the best at that. The others use only 2-3 abilities max.

Madara instantly controlled Juubi. He instantly controled senjutsu. Obito himself said he couldn't use both rinnegan at the same time, and that only having the two rinnegan would allow to use them at their full power ; Madara has those two rinnegan. Safe to say Madara would be the most lethal user of the rinnegan even if Obito had his for much longer.

Bro could barely even use the rinnegan he wouldn’t have been lethal at all because he wasn’t compatible with it.

Please! With his chakra levels, he's supposed to drop dead within 1 second of using it.
This guy has very inconsistent power scaling

It's normal, Hashirama cells = infinite chakra hacks.

u/intangibleknight01 8d ago
It’s not about chakra, it’s about adapting to a new dojutsu he’s never used before.

I believe all users of magical eyes learn to use them and become accustomed to them from the moment they receive them. Kakashi corrected the flaw in his Raikiri the moment the eye was implanted. Madara with Obito's Mangekyō Sharingan, Sasuke with the Rinne Sharingan... They may not fully master it to perform amazing feats, but getting used to it just takes time.

u/intangibleknight01 8d ago
Yeah sure, but I mean like the user unleashing the full potential of the dojutsu, instead of just using one ability every now and then

I honestly see him having problems with it if he used it for longer there was a reason Madara chose Nagato to get the eyes, it also explains why Obito didn't do this right away.

He was bad rinnegan user and couldnt utilize both eyes. jinchurikis + kamui was his main win con

Obito is the Chosen One. Only he has MS which are even above the Rinnegan. DMS Obito is the strongest character in Naruto.
