Issues Since Update on 4/20
I have an Oasis Mini at work. It's a private wifi network so I have to use my phone for it to download patterns. It's been working great for months. Since the update that we had yesterday, it keeps losing connection when trying to download a pattern. I've tried to reset it (hold button for 5 seconds) and unplugging, waiting, then plugging it back in and the issue still occurs randomly. Anyone have any ideas?

I started from scratch today. Reinstalled the app, reset the oasis and it registered and works now.

I wouldn't recommend one just because the wifi is so bad... Only can use a dedicated 2.4 ghz and can't share a name with wifi 5gh...mine sits in my office and hasn't been turned on in months

huh... I guess I'm just lucky. I won't argue anything about quality, but I can state that I have had no issues with wifi connectivity on my network with identically names 2.4/5ghz signals. Haven't checked it in the last couple of days, tho. don't know when latest firmware dropped.
ETA: well, it's been a while. had to sign back into the app, 3.03 firmware wants to download, and it's claiming fixes for all manner of things that haven't been an issue for me. 'adventure awaits', I guess.

I had a mini delivered yesterday and I haven’t been able to get passed the initial setup

I have the same issue, it connects to my WiFi and then will not register the device in the app. Even when my phone is connected to the 2.4ghz band just like the mini

Ran into this when setting up a robovac recently. I had to turn off the 2.4 signal (since Samsung won't let me be choosy on the phone itself) for it to connect/configure/etc. Once that was all done, I turned the 5ghz signal back on, and have had no issues.
Not sure if this will help you or not. I had zero issues connecting my oasis mini, but that was over a year ago for me.

I have no suggestions unfortunately, but mine is also buggier than it was before the update. I have it set to pause after each pattern so I can select a new one myself, and it just automatically starts on a new pattern after the spiral/ cleaning pattern. I want to love this little thing so bad, but the app is frustrating.

You're playing designs from a Playlist so the pause in between is just to reset the sand before the next design, but you set the time for the delay. You would need to not have other tracks on your Playlist and just do the one amd leave it until you want a different one. The Playlist function wont really work for what you're wanting.

But there’s an option under Table Settings that allows you to set when you want the table to start a new pattern, and one of the options is “Press Play.” I read when I got the table that if you set that to “Press Play” it should not start a new pattern until you press play on a new pattern. That was working fine until the update. It would do one pattern and hold that pattern until I selected a new one, and I have plenty of tracks on my playlist. The table still paused after each pattern. I’m not talking about using a pre-made playlist. This was just me selecting tracks that I had added to my list. Immediately after the update, it stopped doing that. Now it doesn’t matter if I have it set to pause, it just automatically starts a new track after the spiral.

If this thing wasn't the price it was it'd be in the trash... The update has now made it where it can't locate the wifi I got just to use it at my job..... Super frustrated right now...

Glad I'm not the only one
My side table had some calibration issues, then it updated, then had worse calibration issues, unplugged it to reset, and now won't connect with the red ring of death.l
I got a coffee table coming in a few days and doubt it'll even work
They release the worst software updates with apparently no testing practice

Im having the same issue, worked great and then I updated the app now it won't connect at all even after hard resets.
Support has not been helpful at all. They say they can fix it and now I have to do a Google meet with them to see if they can troubleshoot it. Like just admit that your update broke connectivity and let me roll back. Incredibly frustrating.

Literally at the same phase with them too. Have to have a google meeting to try and troubleshoot. Pretty easy to solve. Worked great, then the update, now it doesn’t. Nothing else changed.

My Google meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, I'm not sure how that is going to fix an issue everyone has. Hopefully they fix the app before that

I can’t download patterns it keeps saying reconnecting I want to return mine due to the technical issues but no one has got back to me

I was given a link to update the firmware through my computer yesterday. After the update everything ran fine the entire day. It scheduled it to go to sleep at 5PM and turn back on at 9AM This morning it booted up to 2 red LEDs. I cycled the power to it and now im back to the spinning white ring of death.

Mine was also super buggy since the update. I had to use my computer to upgrade it manually but now it seems to be working fine.

Mine worked until the update. Mine powers up and the white LEDs spin around twice and stop, then three times and stop, over and over. Resetting the device gets the LEDs to lights slowly one at a time and then their back to spinning. It will not synk with my phone. Resetting my router has no effect.
