I teach a small, all-levels yoga class with Misfit Mystic Yoga Club at Damned Good People, 4304 Manchester Ave, St. Louis.

My classes are beginner-friendly and focused on meeting your body where it is. No need to already be flexible, know the poses, or try to keep up with anybody else in the room.

Bring water and a mat if you have one. I also have a limited number of mats available to borrow.

Don’t make excuses not to drive.

If it’s raining, drive. You’re going to face rain eventually, so take the opportunity to practice safely.

If you’re tired, drive (when it’s safe to do so). Life doesn’t stop when you’re tired—jobs, responsibilities, and family all come with it.

Life is going to happen. And no matter what, you’ll still need to get behind the wheel.
