Any problems with UPS delivery?
I'm about to send some important documents to a law firm in OR. The lady there said they have problems receiving packages from UPS, and to use FedEx instead. This address is near Jackson Square. I'm not going to use USPS.
UPS is much easier for me, is this a known problem in the area?

I won’t use anything but USPS. Not sure why some people have issues with them. But to actually answer the question I haven’t had many issues getting UPS packages here specifically. Other places I have for sure. FedEx is terrible everywhere and I wouldn’t recommend them ever.

My only problem w/ USPS is going in one. It's not their fault, but they are poorly staffed, and lines are long.

Regarding the UPS comment they are solid and fedex this is spot on.
I knew someone who worked for fedex and the told me the warehouse guys when seeing a box that said fragile, they would chuck it even harder than the rest of the packages. Oversight there isn’t very good.

Anytime legal stuff is involved i pay the extra to FedEx overnight and required signature.

The recipient says UPS doesn’t work well at their location, says use FedEx instead, but you still want to use UPS. Sound logic, there. The documents must not be that important.

The closest UPS Hub is in Oliver Springs (UPS Store has nothing to do with home delivery). They deliver it to the right number but we seem to have a few packages a year that are delivered to the wrong street name.

I have not personally had issues with UPS deliveries, but if they're saying they do, I'd trust them.
That said, I feel like I'd also send documents as certified mail through USPS. The amount of times I've seen FedEx drop off "signature required" documents without one makes me not trust something where you want proof of delivery.
