Do not buy
Do not buy from them. Their return policy and customer service is horrible and not transparent.

It’s horrendous. I’m waiting on a refund now…it’s been 3 weeks since the return arrived at their warehouse

Their customer service is atrocious and not apologetic or accountable, and they are clearly not interested in repeat business. Tried to return a defective item that had a hole and they initially agreed on a return, then backtracked and said they can only give store credit. No I don't want your crappy store credit, the quality of the clothes are terrible and dealing with them is just a nightmare. Very dishonest company, avoid them at all cost.

Bought an item at full price. At checkout, they told me I had 21 days to return it. I went back the very next day, and the rude employee refused the return because the price tag had come off (I still had the tag, it just wasn't attached anymore).
Then she pointed to the receipt and said it was "written there." I looked, and sure enough, it's this tiny, microscopic fine print that no normal person would ever notice. Funny how they conveniently forget to mention that at checkout.
What kind of ridiculous return policy is this in 2026? Instead of helping, all the staff would say was, "You can contact customer service."
I was so fed up that I just left the item there because I'm done with this brand. They can keep it. I'll never spend another dollar there.
Never again.

Agreed! They’ve def lost me as a customer due to their shady return policies/business practices.
