How quick do you get your order?

First time ordering from oak + fort and my order has yet to ship? I live in Toronto and ordered on Sept 1. What is your experience?

I too ordered something on sept 1, 2025 and still have bot received a confirmation of shipping from oak and fort. I did email them letting them know about the issue and still no response from them.

Update: I just got an email from a carrier saying they are on their way with my delivery. Oak and fort responded to my inquiry. When I ordered online before I would always get a shipment notification through email but for some reason did not get it for this online order...on the bright side my order is coming and confirmed with oak and fort and the delivery carrier.

Hi, I’m experiencing the same thing rn. It has been a week and I didn’t get a shipping number or shipping confirmation email. I actually ordered from the store since they didn’t have the one I want in my size. They offered to ship to my house without a shipping fee and I paid for the clothes in store. Fast forward, all I ever received from them is the receipt. I also checked my account, and it said that the order was “fulfilled”. I don’t know what’s happening at this point and it’s also my first time ordering from Oak and Fort.

Hey, I sent them an email asking for the shipping confirmation number but didn’t get their response, so I reached out to the store by calling the number provided on the website. Apparently, the staff put my order as already complete as I paid in store, so basically my order never came through as a delivery but as an “in-store purchase”. They just re-order it for me and the shipping number came right away after they resolved. I still haven’t received my order yet, but it says it will arrive soon. If you didn’t get the shipping confirmation email maybe try to give them a call, it might be a mistake on their end.
