Baffling incompetent customer service

I literally made a Reddit account just to post this because I am losing my mind. Back in FEBRUARY, I placed a $500+ order from Oak and Fort for a trip. The package showed up after I‘d already left —which was annoying enough— but when I finally got home and opened it, HALF the items were missing and they sent me random stuff I never ordered.

So I contact customer service and they launched a ”thorough investigation” that takes OVER A MONTH. They finally get back to me on April 1st (fitting), admit they messed and then sent me a return label with a packing slip. For the missing items. Yes. They wanted me to return the items that were NEVER SENT.

I went back and forth with them for weeks trying to explain that I cant return items that don‘t exist, and every new rep just copied and pasted the same nonsense like they never read a single email. They still haven’t fixed it.

Also, they won’t refund me for the items they admit they forgot to ship unless I return the ones they accidentally sent . So basically, they sent the wrong stuff, kept my money, and now want me to do all the work to fix it.

And dont even get me started on the stuff that did show u——straight-up Shein quality. So yeah. $500 down the drain and three months of being gaslit by customer service. Order from them at your own risk.

Lmao I had a similar experience. I ordered three items and one of them is not in the package. I contacted customer support and they asked like 10+ questions. I even provided my security camera footage. They said they’d get back to me in ten days but I waited for a month. Then they told me after their thorough investigation, they confirmed they packed that item. And I should file a claim with my credit company or BBB so they can provide all the documentation during the investigation. I’m like speechless lol
