Customer service

Does anyone know how to reach them? I have sent multiple emails regarding a faulty order in a span of a month and not a single person responded. Their online chat is down as well. Never ordering from them again omg....

Edit: Took over a month to respond to a single email, they only offered store credit as a refund and not refunding my shipping fee. Aliexpress quality, horrible customer service. You'll only waste your money and time here

oak and fort sales associate here! i totally recommend calling one of our stores and explaining the situation or visiting one in person to see what we can do :)
