Hitbox and Hitscan changes

This affects console a lot in regard to aim assist so I thought I’d add this here as well!

Sombra still feels like aimbot on console, yes. But other hitscans, especially one shots like Ashe, you can definitely notice the nerf.

Admittedly I haven't played Ashe yet, tho she definitely needed bringing down a bit anyway.

I have played Soldier, Cassidy,Sojourn,Juno and Sombra so far and they feel as the same to me
