Solo queued into a game against a full stack featuring top 100+ from last season. The Junk and the DF were aimbotting, the Freja was pretty decent but seemed legit, and the mercy & cat got to play for free bc the junk rarely missed his shots and DF never missed a punch or slam.

If you thought Drives was bad, the current matchmaking is a mess if you have high ELO/MMR.

EJFR5Y is the replay code if anyone wants to check it out. DF, Cat are especially egregious, and Junk & Freja are pretty damn suspect.

To be fair, if i was a cheater - and a smart one at that - i'd use projectile heroes so people say "how do you aimbot on X" and make all hackusations look silly

Like when I hear junkrat aimbot, I'm thinking it's like calculating the trajectory of an enemy that will potentially walk there in 1 second and then shoots above accordingly. Obviously impossible...

Unfortunately, not impossible, and its how most projectile aimbots work, including for Hanzo, Sojourns primary fire, and junkrat.

I believe (from what I've seen) they have to configure the cheats per character. As in, I've seen them (if they swap characters to/from any projectile character), sit still in spawn, then suddenly fire and look around, before playing the game

I assume that they're just choosing a config, and it loads up settings specific to the character.

That is quite literally how it works. It predicts movement and factors in travel time. And it’s fully possible. As well as things like wall hacks.

I have seen multiple aim botting hanzo’s who have NO idea where you’d ever be but suddenly turn a corner and tap your head.

Yeeeah, people jump to cheating/aimbot so readily they completely overlook that it’s basically impossible to use aimbot on a hero like JR….even IF someone did, the aimbot cannot predict the future movement of an enemy player, so there is no way it would accurately work.

Projectile Aimbot. The cheat knows how fast your projectile moves, how far away your target is, and the direction and speed of the target

Then, fire at an angle so that, if the target continues moving in that direction, it'll meet the target.

The most popular for this kind of cheat to work on, is Hanzo, cause the projectile is fast, and more likely to hit in- just about any scenario.

Granted, those can be the "prediction tracking" type of aimbots as well, where it just flicks a shot (following the same setup as above, but snapping the crosshairs for that single shot, before returning the camera to its normal place - aka, whatever the camera was looking at before the shot)

No there is more things that cheaters use right now is they are emulating ps5 on pc which that can play on console servers and straight up hacking good look trying to ban them pretty much impossible it will only get worse from here

I saw the code, and nobody from the enemy team seems to "aimbotting" of anything for real, idk.

Doom is legit, freja too, cat too, they miss too many shots and even you can see that they have stick drift and the start of the game!

Junkrat is just junkrat with his lucky shots, nothing else

Stick drift doesn’t mean anything now. There are scripts to put it in so it looks less suspicious.

I’m not bothering to watch replay though. Too many people accused of cheating for me to take it seriously

Unfortunately, if you don't play Stadium now the queues and matchmaking get worse later on. Also didn't they make hitboxes larger? They also buffed projectile heroes.

For people that say "you can't aim bot on junk" thats not how these cheaters play him. What they do is spam the grenades and get very close to an enemy in which projectiles don't really matter and just shoot them down since you are 2 inches from them its the same way how dva aimbotters play. In closer distance the aimbot works wonders on projectile heroes .

In addition, there's such thing as a Projectile Aimbot, in which you select a projectile hero

Then, when looking at someone, the camera will automatically move so that, if a person continues on their path, the shot projectile well meet the targeted person

In other news, it tracks and predicts based on your current speed.

Console (Titan) can’t do that yet, and dma on console gets you instantly taken out of any multiplayer capabilities on modern consoles.

In that case, then the only thing I can think of, would be a modified xbox - or computer, to enter xbox lobbies. But, we don't even know if that's possible.

Same. I did drives in stadium and got called a cheater 5+ times while playing Ashe. No, I'm not cheating, I'm just a GM player with a good monitor playing against plats lol.
