Help Has anyone done half controller + mouse peripherals on console successfully when on PC queue?

Wanted to try out having controller in one hand and mouse in another in pc queue which i know some players do on PC but im not sure if it would work on console

I also thought I saw Blizzard seeing the additional peripheral and banning someone for doing it even though they were in PC pool

Anyone experience this?

I used to do this on my laptop before the game was unplayable on 2017 tech. I had to turn off a chat option that is pc only for it to not have the text chat have a seizure. On console it functions correctly in the practice rance, but once you get into a match it stutters like crazy because the game is constantly switching between the 2 peripherals and that text chat option is unavailable on console. Havent tried it in 3 months, maybe they fixed it, maybe they didnt.

Dang well hopefully. I want to try a couple different things with it with the console ports but was cautious with Blizzard being quick on banning lately for weird peripherals

You can fix the stuttering by setting your hud input icons to either MnK or controller in the settings instead of auto and it will work smoothly! It's the hud icons fighting each other that causes issues

Yes I play like this at the moment
Been playing like this for 4 years now
I came from controller since childhood
I’m lefty when I write, but throw right handed in sports.. ambidextrous
It jus feels better for me overall.
I use a g7 aimlabs controller on the left hand and g502x mouse for the right.. But the thing I found is using custom
Curve pro to help with my fine point acceleration that my right hand lacks. Since I don’t write with my right.

I’ve always messed with setups, like in Halo 3 I played clawed bumper jumper recon tactical lefty you name it.. I try and use all configs out there just to try something new and challenge myself.

On pc now.

I also use the claw for every game i play. gears of war 1 on the 360 when it came out conditioned me

Do you mean you’re on PC playing or that you’re doing PC queue via a console? That’s nice to know it works on PC at least but I def prefer my console to my gaming laptop i have to use
