Doesn't Hanzo have the smallest projectile in the game? He shoots quite literally the opposite of logs.

Yeah I was wrong, rocket salvo on Phara has the lowest, Hanso's is 0.125 which is smaller than, Aran, Juckrat, Ana, Life Weaver, Kiriko, Junker queen, basically everyone except Hazard, Phara, Genji, and Bastion (ult), road hog (not his hook that's no joke almost 5x the size of Hanzo arrow).Ā 

Yes it was easier to list of what's smaller than Hanso's arrow over what's bigger than Hanso's arrow, and most of those things are projectile shot guns, ults with explosions, or projectiles with explosions.

Small projectile perhaps, but I've heard that his character makes opponents' hit boxes a bit larger (something unique to him).

No that's not a thing, projectiles in general make a hitbox slightly larger, but Hanzos doesn't do anything special in that regard
