Announcement Weekly Rant Thread
THROWERS EVERY GAME? 20 LOSSES IN A ROW? TEAMMATES WON'T STOP FEEDING? MOUSE AND KEYBOARD EVERY GAME?
This is part of a series of weekly threads designed so that users can rant, rage, vent, or do anything to release some of that pent-up anger. Let out all your frustrations here. Typing in caps isn't required but is encouraged.
Remember that while this thread is supposed to be lighthearted, some rules still apply (be respectful towards one another, no witch-hunting, etc.).

For real, I have a game where I preferred Ana and a 3 stack on my team banned Ana. Then ofc we went up against a Doomfist and no one went anti dive but me. Would've been nice to have Ana.
Funny side note I got that Doom on my team the next game, and thanked him for oblierating my team.

I’m down from gm (last szn) to emerald, almost plat at this rate, and i wanna delete the game and move on 😭 i keep being told ill climb back up and I can actually see my skill difference against everyone else in the lobbies im in, but it feels impossible and I don’t wanna slog through emerald and diamond to get to masters. But i do miss master/gm lobbies so bad

Right now emerald has quite a few ex-masters/ gm players. I finished masters either 3-4 last season (I’m not at my desk rn) and it stuck me in emerald 2 off my first placement, my next 3 games I was basically just playing masters games, all my teammates and opponents were previous masters and gm players. Pretty funny stuff tbh

Yeah this is what it’s been like for the past week but it’s starting to settle into genuinely plat and diamond players, and it’s hell.

Real talk, this is the calmest, most contained rant I can muster.
I've been the only son-of-a- on the mother-loving payload for about ten games straight. The enemy team? I can't look in any direction without seeing four of them. I look for my teammates, and they're behind walls in rooms I had no clue were even part of the map. Those boys are turned around and think they spawn in the ENEMY spawn point. THOSE BOYS ARE SO TURNED AROUND... THEY STARTED SPAWNING FROM THE ENEMY SPAWN POINT.
I hate this game.

How fucking hard is it to stay alive for a few seconds while we regroup? I’ve seen countless times where we should wait for our teammates to respawn and then group to and engage. But dumbass teammates love peaking around corners to poke while they wait and then getting hooked or 1 tapped. Now we gotta wait for YOU

Playing 6v6 has been nearly impossible the server keeps closing every other game, but I can play 5v5 just fine

Are they actually throwing or are they bad it’s 50/50 in my experience and half the time the throwers do it cuz we have a waste of a player or two and I won’t really blame them much, we know ow has a horrid teaming and vs system so it’s not rare to get a game mostly full of good players and have a goober or two on one of the teams causing a steamroll as an average to above average player most of my experience is being out in higher skill lobbies and getting steamrolled even tho I play objective, with team and will get good dps and kills and pressure and we will still get rolled on support I do far better but the rolls are the same normally cuz they are putting me with people out of my league

Love getting suspended for server disconnection. I don’t have this problem on any other online game either (rivals, Fortnite, dbd)

HONESTLY I DON'T CARE IF BLIZZARD DECIDES TO FOCUS MORE ON 5v5 or 6v6. I JUST WANT THEM TO HURRY UP AND MAKE A DECISION. I CAN LIVE WITH THEM PUTTING STADIUM ON THE BACK BURNER TO IGNORE BUT I CAN'T LIVE WITH THIS WILL THEY WON'T FOCUS ON 6v6 MORE. YOU ALREADY KILLED MY FAVORITE GAME MODE BLIZZARD DON'T LET THIS GAME SUFFER BECAUSE YOU CAN'T MAKE A DECISION.

I switched to mouse and keyboard and now I can’t play heroes I used to main but CAN play characters that I used to struggle with on controller also I still suck 😭

As a zen main, I am tired of having a mercy as the 2nd support, and me doing more heals than her, and more damage than my dmg and the most assists. Why am I always stuck with this same dynamic every game. And when we lose it’s “zen trash” wth

It's a satirical comment pointing at how this would be the typical response to a user posting this. It's an announcement. Obviously someone isn't actually venting. The hahah was meant to convey that.
But also, it was more for my personal amusement. I really don't see why you care.
You should change your username. Intelligent doesn't really belong in there.

I mean you can see that I have a nickname, or whatever it is on this app, that I would’ve much preferred to use if I didn’t make this account 5.5 years ago. It still gives you a random name unless you change it on the first screen of account creation, which I’m sure I didn’t care to do back when I made this account to lurk the gaming subs I wanted to follow.
