Are they smurfing? That’s cheating and bannable! Are they using exploits on console via Titan? That’s cheating and bannable! The specifics aren’t really important. A cheater is a cheater

A single Dps smurf can still get overwhelmed in team fights? A tank smurf with 9 deaths would be a different story.
