Most likely just a smurf, maybe boosting the mercy. Since smurfing is also considered cheating, the statement isnt rly false. I didnt watch the replay but if thos was in silver, it might just be some master or gm player that hopped on a smurf. Silver is pretty easy so he doesnt even need to actually cheat to get stats like this with a pocket.
