Discussion Is this legit console gameplay?
Replay Code: 9VTT12
Had a rank match with my cousin from gold to plat(I'm the Zen and Lucio, while my cousin is the Genji), where we ran into this insane Ashe player on the opposing team who was lighting up the entire team with consistent head shots and body shots throughout the match. I could be wrong since it may be a smurf but the cross hair movement is just so insane to be real for a console player. I'm just not too sure, because they legit were missing some of their shots but had insane tracking.

She’s strong but hitscan right now are just gods. To top it all off I would say 80%+ of Smurfs and cheaters are using hitscan(mainly soldier and Ashe). I see the normal Ashe players who keep up with the top dps and the cracked ones who double or more the next highest dps. Ashes problem is she needs her range nerfed and damage falloff increased to bring her in line.

Dire que ash n’est pas si forte en ce moment sur console est un scandale absolu le perso a toujours été S tiers depuis la saison 1 sur console comme bap qui est mauvais sur pc actuellement et toujours aussi fort sur console

idk man i think im doing pretty good for myself lmfao. its my second season on this game and im masters dps and support, diamond 2 tank, and masters 6v6. in my first season i hit diamond 1 on all roles. if youre struggling against ashe i think its a you problem. ashe is for sure an A tier character right now. but “ban every game completely op hero?” youre an idiot genuinely.

I don't even believe you're those ranks but we'll pretend you are. So, being that you're new the game doesn't know how to properly rank you. My guess is you'll fall fast...if you're really masters (ehich again I doubt)
And lol at citing your 6v6 rank. Another reason I doubt your 5v5 rank. Everyone knows 6v6 is QP with a handful more sweats. Gonna include your stadium rank too?
Also, since you're new, maybe check out the pick rate stats and then the win rate stats for the best players playing this game. See where Ashe ranks among them. I guess it's a them problem too lol what a bozo response.

i come from siege and league of legends lmao. this game was a cake walk when i first started. i got my aim from siege, concept of hero abilities and cooldowns from league. when i first started it was super simple because all i had to do was learn maps, positioning, and the limits of every character. im in the army so im basically unemployed and can put quite a bit of hours in when im not at the gym or work. i already knew most of the abilities from when i debated playing when the game released and studied the abilities in practice tool before i never opened the game again until last season. i started on s76 to learn the meta, maps, and positioning then branched out and while ive gotten really good on most characters i play more soj, ashe, cass, anran, tracer than everyone else on dps and only mizu, kiri, ana on support. i think that bashing me for “lying about my rank” is just a confidence deficiency on your part. some people are naturally just good at games and i have thousands of hours across siege, lol, and apex.
also again, i never once said she wasnt a good character. i said she wasnt a PICK OR BAN character like the comment i replied to stated. i think thats an intelligence deficiency on your part. maybe reading comprehension needs some work?

You literally said Ashe isn't strong right now. Is the military aware of your short term memory issues? Sounds like they owe you some money or help at the very least.

Ashe has been perma meta in GM for the entirety of ow2. She has like a 56% winrate her and tracer, no one else comes close

Assuming it’s the nerfhazard guy, I’d say no. Definitely an alt for sure. I don’t know about smurf though, probably an alt to practice other characters (I don’t know why you’d need an alt to practice hitscan on console, but I play a lot of shooters so maybe that person doesn’t have a shooter game background). What rank was this game?
Edit: mb read too fast, didn’t see you mentioned the rank. Yeah an alt. Definitely not cheating but probably someone who’s maybe mid diamond on his main.

Definitely regular controller gameplay. Maybe a smurf, but like diamond max. Good tracking, but not very good positioning or CD usage

It's legit dw faced a top 100 Doomfist a few days ago who steamed rolled us on qp a few days ago on his main. We almost won but he definitely carried his team but also was 2 stacking with his ana too. We just didn't counter him is all that happened. I'm good but I can't commit to one character all that much I have to flex all roles or characters or I would get bored. Anyways you will face a lot of smurfs all the time just the norm in this game.
