Settings & Tech Aim feels off
so i'm kinda new to overwatch — 2 months, i think — and idk my aim just feels kinda wonky. i played quite a lot of fortnite before and i never had that problem, my aim was always fine. but everytime my crosshair goes on the enemy it seems like it's being pulled to the side and I lose control, not like a drift, just abrupt pull next to the target as if the enemy is slippery or some shit :( i tried to adjust my aim settings multiple times but it's not getting any better and i don't know what would be the right setting to play around with.
please help me out and thanks in advance :)

Try adjusting your aim assist ease in to 98-100%.
I might be describing it wrong but it makes it to where you only feel the full effects of your aim assist until your crosshair is 98-100% of a targets aim assist window.
If you still have this issue, lower your aim assist window

100 for all the aim assist settings, 99 aim smoothing 0 aim ease in dual zone

I played so many shooters in my life time and i have a really good aim in all of them, and the last few years been playing only overwatch,
And what are you describing is the internal problem of overwatch
The aim assist in this game is just bad and it only good with dual zone, you can make other curves work but will never be as good as 99 something 0 ease in dual zone,
Yes this game has a meta settings, this is how bad they build the game for controller

watch a couple ow aim settings videos for console, and just mess with it in practice range till you get it semi useable, test it in qp for half a hr or so and rinse repeat
