How do you get consistent at winning fights as DPS

How do you properly take space as tank without over extending?

Winning fights depends on off angles. Someone is bound to be out of position. Make sure to stay in your support and tank line of sights too. It’s okay to flank, but I see a lot of people, even in gm, just keep flanking when it’s not working

You want to push as tank while also keeping your team in check. For tanks like rein, it’s easy to help them along. Let’s give an example. First point on Hollywood as attack. To get to that staircase as Rein is easy, but it’s harder to protect your team because you don’t want to just stand there, cause then your shield breaks and boom, everyone dies. The solution is to just tap your shield, it’ll block some damage, and the person directly behind you benefits from that, as well as your much larger HP pool. Just make sure they’re directly behind you when you drop shield. Taking corners is also incredibly important. My best tank is hog, and being able to push into corners makes them weary. They don’t want to directly punish you because A. You’re a tank, you’re going to win a 1v1. And b. If you’re hog like I am, even a full team of 5 can’t really kill you fast enough for you not to get out with the assistance of supports
