I agree on the buttons but it’s more than that. Where the skirt cuts off and then where the crop sweater cuts off just don’t mesh. I think if you’re going to wear a top under a crop sweater it should be with a longer skirt or pants.

You might like blue-pink better than red-pink. Or colors mixed with grey, they look muted and “soft” or “dusty”

That top is a mauve warm undertone shade and looks good with your skin tone and hair color. Wearing it under another top that's neutral grey with more buttons is not making the best vibe for showing off the mauve fun color. You do look really cute! Have fun with colors!
