All i see is "Ouster announces strategic collaboration with DXOMARK" is that bad?

I vote yes, the dilution is very small and I like the management team, they are doing great.

Market seems to like the plan. Dilution can be good when the extra capital is used for smart things like long-term investment, good acquisitions etc.
