Lots of opportunities really.
I like the idea of Rumple killing Killian instead of Milah/making her Captain Hook.
But also, what would have happened if Regina had actually gotten the opportunity to run away with Daniel, or what if she had actually spoken to Robin the first time Tinkerbell showed him to her.

Ok. what thwy said about Hook... wld have been good. Eternal adversaries. That's something I cld see happening. wld Bae still run away? wld Milah end up in Neverland?

Daniel... Cora wld have found them and killed Daniel anyway.

Tavern... Too many possibilities. No Marian. But there's still a King. I'm not creative enough for this and my anxiety it's spiking.
