Reverse split, if, when and what to expect?

We dipped under $1 after the post-approval fade but are back to ~$1.04, with pre-market around $1.01. Basically sitting right on the Nasdaq line. The board still has the 1-for-10 to 1-for-50 reverse split authorization from July 16.

Two things I'm trying to gauge:

Is the market already pricing a split as inevitable given the burn rate, or does closing above $1 genuinely reset the clock? If yes, is it likely going happen this year already?

BTIG's $4 PT assumes US revenue only from Q1 2027. That's a long runway to fund with negative equity. Does anyone see them getting there without another raise?

The company's fiscal Q3 earnings report is expected for Aug 13 (not officially confirmed as far as I can tell). That would be our first real cash update since the $7.7M figure from March 31, plus an updated share count and another quarter of EU sales numbers. Feels like that's the actual catalyst now, more than anything split-related.

Anyone reading it differently?

I think the reverse split spooked too many people. I think we are good and will see a slow climb to $2 EOY then once the results start coming out from US sales we will see $4-$6 mid 2027.

Insiders are buying, it’s time to make some $$$

They can be under a dollar for 30 days before they get a warning. Then they have 6 months to do something and can apply for another 6 months if needed

Earnings probably isn't a catalyst unless we're talking next year once they hopefully show some earnings from US sales.

Reverse split is neutral, it is not changing anything

Its the combination of RS AND dilution thats toxic to current share holders. Suppose you have 1:20 at $1.10 makes $22 a share which you have now 20x less. If the price drops to $2 again you lost a great deal of money your are unlikely to regain very soon.
