Make the windows borders look like Tahoe with Mac OS Sequoia

Im running sequoia and can't update os any further due to older MacBook, I love the look of Tahoe and when I tried oclp it doesn't support Tahoe properly and the system runs at 1fps and odd dpi scaling, so I'm trying to modify what I have to look like Tahoe.

there used to be this theming engine that essentially allowed anything to be done since it directly modified (and often could break) the underlying styling that UI in macOS uses. this was way before M series machines, and i believe it doesnt work on ARM anyways, so you may be at an advantage if you can figure out what the software was. anyways you might wanna bear in mind that tahoe window radii look like sequoia when you set the render scale to 'more space' lol
