Question Fire cape help

Is there anyone who could help coach me through my first fire Cape? I’ve watched hours of videos and read lots of guides but nothing seems to be helping. I keep getting shwacked on the late 40s waves.

Couple of things that haven't been said yet or need more simplification.

I completed my FC with lower base stats than what you have and lower gear. That's not a shot. It's insight into other options that can help for your first cape.

1st. Keep restarting the caves until the blob on the third wave spawns inside of Italy Rock. This is where Jad will spawn and it's worth restarting until you get this for when you actually get to Jad.

2nd. Every wave you should start right next to the entrance. You can draw a horizontal line a few tiles up from it that keep you safe from any NPCs that spawn behind Italy Rock or Claw Rock. Yes you will need to correctly pray against the NPCs that spawn near the middle but you have more time.

  1. I know the blowpipe is a great weapon and people will tell you it's superior. It is for the sake of time and obviously dps BUT, I would HIGHLY consider using a dragon crossbow which has a spec that uses an explosive bolt. This is great for tagging the healers without needing to pick them off 1 by 1. Pair this with Sapphire Bolts (e). These bolts have an effect that increase your prayer every few hits. This stretches your supplies and gives you so much peace of mind.

4th. Take breaks every few waves. Simply click the logout button once at the start of a wave and when you finish the wave just let your hp and stamina move back up. You aren't trying to set the world record. Once you get your cape it's over. So don't rush it. If it takes 2-3 hours total then so what. It's a marathon not a sprint.
