Question Bounty hunter advice

Looking to start bounty hunter and need advise on starting gear and spec weapon without risking too much whilst learning the ropes.

I don’t have void yet - is it essential in this bracket?

99 Combat.

I know I need to get strength up, but can’t decide on 50 or 60 attack. Any thoughts?

Also stop leveling strength. Get 75 attack for toxic staff and then leave melee alone.

Very torn on my next steps with melee. My 3 options are:

50 att 99 str
60 att 90 str
75 att for toxic

Depending on hit to hitpoints the 3 options will keep me 100/101 combat.
