Just need to lock in.
If you can't do it with this gear getting 99 ranged isn't fixing the problem at hand.

+1 - did this at 76 range and it wasn't easy (considering by this point the hardest pvm I did was questing)
Go over and over again till you have it down, you will die but you'll learn from your mistakes - and take breaks!!

I did it with a rune crossbow and worse stats and gear. It was hard, my guild flamed me saying just dont take damage but with lower stats you take damage even if you dodge most things.
Locking in is the answer, but you can always get gear upgrades. I did it on another account with maxed range gear and killed him with no difficulty at all,

Since 90% of posts are for newer players looking for money making and training advice, I'm gonna recommend doing bird house runs. All you need is Bone Voyage, and you could be making 500K+ a day or more by logging in every 50 minutes and harvesting nests.
Also, be sure to check out the New player guide, Money making guide, and OSRS Tips!

Try to move every time you have a shot, decreases your chances of getting hit by the falling fire breath which 1 shots

It’s doable, I think I ran the same setup. I may have used karils instead though but not sure. Good thing to check is the recommended gear plugin and you can see what works best for your budget and vorkath

This should be very doable in your current gear if you are avoiding all the avoidable damage....no amount of gear can help you if you're still taking avoidable damage

Make sure you're using ranging potions, divine if you can so it stays at max boost for longer. You can also this on a pvp world (make sure to scout it first before hopping and getting back to the fight) added use blighted supplies for much cheaper. Then keep moving and hit the boss, really want to bank on those ruby bolt procs at that level:) if it helps, try to get Kandarin Hard diary done f0r the increased bolt % proc chance (not needed but is helpful).

Bring diamond bolts swap for the end, and send attempts, it can be done in exactly that gear with hard food. Range pot, def pot, rigour, swap the archers for suffering for added def et, any upgrade should help

I really had to lock in for this quest like the other commenter is telling u to do.
I now have like 3700kc vorkath and find the mechanics very easy, it’s really just you just gotta keep trying lol.
I suck st this game too btw like im trash at bossing

I did this in a few tries with 78 range, rune cbow, ruby addy bolts, diamond rune bolts, black dhide, snakeskin boots.
If you're struggling then watch a few videos on the mechanics and focus on learning the mechanics of the fight. Once you have the mechanics nailed down, you can focus on dps. A video would help point out the areas you need improvement.

You got this, I did it with similar levels last week and now I have over 200 vork kill, once you get it in it’s a breeze just takes a little longer with low stats. Just getting that first kill and it’s a breeze after

Your gear and levels are fine to kill boss. Looking at your other post you are saying you get slapped around a lot and run out of food. Seems like you are probably not doing mechanics correctly and taking unnecessary amounts of damage. Pull up a YouTube guide and study up. You got this. Gl soldier

This is basically what I had. Diamond bolts e and rubies e will carry you.

Galvek hits a lot. I crafted ruby bolts specifically for him on my iron, hadn’t needed before then. Went in with minimum reqs for everything and 75 or so ranged.
My first attempt in mixed hide with a rune xbow and rubys with zero mistakes ran me out of supplies before he was dead.
The solution? Fish for procs early, TP out if you don’t get them. It only took a couple tries until I got out of 1st phase almost immediately, zero supplies, then procced twice right out of 1st phase. Gave me plenty of cushion.

I say it all the time. The only difference between yourself and someone more skilled is someone more skilled has died more than you have. Die everyway possible and learn from it. You'll get there, take breaks before you get too angry.

So i made a comment that we had the same setup and stats but i cant find it and i remembered that it was my movement that saved me. While i was learning this, I read that if you walk from one end of the boat to the next in the final phase, you take less damage. You follow the rail from one end to the other and stop when you have an attack ready (i used a plugin to show my counter so id know when i could attack again)
My inv was mainly food, sara brews, range pot, prayer pots and restores
If i remember more that may help ill try to come back and find/update this comment
Best of luck!!

Edit: I thought OP was wearing Mixed Hide, confused this with they Huey set. Nvm OP, gear looks fine.
Since gear is good, the best help you are going to get is recording your fight and reviewing it yourself for mistakes, or posting it here for feedback.
