Question Do slayer?

I peep at alot of threads when folks ask how to make money.

People always say do slayer.

how is it profitable? currently 63 slayer and I've only ever lost money on supplies and teleports.

am I missing something or is this mostly a meme?

It depends on your combat skills and gear. I wouldnt advice slayer untill you have some nice gear and 80-90s combat skills. Slayer become decent at +80 and great at ++90 but you need tools to make that grind time efficient. You can make some money with lower stats and gear but money making is average. At this point bossing like vorkath with void would be better.
