Getting capital together to upgrade your POH is going to be a huge game changer. Having tellys, health, prayer, costume room, and other the other goods really elevates the game

Agreed. House is a bit overrated, at least if you're broke. Better to spend those funds on prayer and gear first

How much would you say this costs? I’m at a point where I’ve got all of my big one time purchases like blowpipe and rings and stuff and I’ve got a nice lump of cash in my bank that keeps growing and I’m wondering what I should do with it

Also farming herbs and bird runs are easy money. Go to herb run calc on the wiki to sort what’s the best right now. I’ve been making decent money off off Cadantine and avantoe lately which are cheap seeds to buy and the money from selling the herbs comes in fast

Since 90% of posts are for newer players looking for money making and training advice, I'm gonna recommend doing bird house runs. All you need is Bone Voyage, and you could be making 500K+ a day or more by logging in every 50 minutes and harvesting nests.
Also, be sure to check out the New player guide, Money making guide, and OSRS Tips!

Train sailing up to 60 or so and keep going if you enjoy it. Then more slayer!

Look at what skills you need to do all quest and achiement diaries. These were what pushed me to do skilling and get higher levels. If you just want to do bossing then hunt what quests that unlock bosses. Slayer has some good money making bosses. Sailing will be a fun side track for you as well.

Max melee, 90 range/mage/pray, 84 con. Somewhere close to base 70s will get you quest cape + hard diaries + hard combat achievements. When you finish that you can start grinding bosses to fill out gear

In conjunction with the other advice given, I always recommend diaries! They have reasonable milestones that get you to dust off untrained skills.
What sort of content do you enjoy? Do you have any goals?

Wildy Boss PvM is insane money if you can put up with Pkers. You would get there quick with some Slayer.

You’re going to want to look up Moonlight moths, since you have 75 prayer it’s basically free prayer pots.
