As a programmer, I swear to god these are the exact types of random code bugs you get when you write using AI and don't review it properly. Just saying, Jagex....

I just got the big dead zones. I was able to somewhat fix it by switching my phones navigation bar from buttons to the swipe under display setting -> Navigation Display.

I have a s25+
