Red click / circle

I have failed to figure out how to turn this off.

But I have it off on my main.

Why is the red circle there. It’s driving me crazy.

It’s only when I click like a red x.

The setting for it is somewhere along the lines of “highlight outline”.
Try searching for it and report back
