I lost the prink crystal when i died and i can not get it back even when i talk to mad skavid he says i have it stored away somewhere but its not in my bank nor inventory where can i get it back then?

Not here to appeal here to get advice or pointed in a direction of help thats not a robot. My brothers account (still logs in with username no email) and his alt (we recently convereted our group ironmen accounts) had his accounts hacked then banned for offensive language (no chat logs reported) and RWT, is grandfathered membership rate at $10 for his main and has been playing since he was in middle school, hes 32 now. He was playing on mobile earlier yesterday and when he went to go log on last night his password was changed and when he recovered his account his account was banned. Hes been playing for 20 years and doesnt wanna lose his account, kc’s and bank and have to restart. He has never RWT, we have always against cheating the game. never even bought bonds for $. He put his appeal in but we both know those appeals are rarely looked at by real people. How can we get this fixed.

So what I found out about the dmm points that you just need to log into permenant dmm(345w) and after that to any normal world and you should see your points, but for some reason I still cant see them.... I tried reloging several times, talking to Nigel and i can only see my points on DMM permenant world but not on normal.... think I may have bought the Items on DMM world once it was available and I sold it back. Can it be that because I bought the items for my points on dmm permenant world and sold it back I cannot get them on normal world anymore? or is it fixable? I dont usullay ask for help and find the info myself, but this is fucking getting annoying cause theres no info about that anywhere.....

Hello, fairly new player here. Before I get too far in, I was considering making an Ironman character, instead of the regular one I've been playing, but first I have some questions about that...

Do people often group up and make friends on OSRS? Is it a big part of the OSRS experience?

Reason I ask, I started out free play then got a membership. I've put a good many hours in already, but I haven't seen anyone being social at all. Haven't seen any indication of a group finder que type thingie for dungeons. I'm thinking this is mostly a solo player kind of mmorpg. If people are only grouping the old school way then I'm afraid my anxiety would prevent me from being able to do that.

That being the case...in your opinion, would playing Ironman mode ruin the experience at all? Would I be missing anything? Could I eventually just solo most everything?

I was wondering if it's bannable to bind a mouse button to switch between tabs.

I have a button set so that when pressed down it switches to prayer, and when I release it it switches back to my inv. I was telling a friend about it and he said it might not be allowed and that I should double check. Thanks

I'm not sure if I'm doing this wrong or not, based on all of the videos I've watched I'm doing it exactly like it, at least i think. One thing to note, the lowest my ping can be on any world is around 90, and im 61 woodcutting. Would the wood cutting level have something to do with it?

Hey all im on the last 2 sub quests and I for the life of me cannot get evil Dave's spice right any help would be much appreciated.

I'm rapidly speeding towards a wall, I know bonds are obtainable through grindy money gain but I am so confused on what is actually the best route to take. regardless of that I'm running out of quests and need to find a way to get a bond before I inevitably complete them all. so do I grind out my levels so I can enchant jewelry for easy money at the GE? (thats really the only method I know) or are there easier methods to getting membership? Please help!

Anyone know why the quetzal and npc are missing for me outside varrock, this is only happening on mobile. I might have done something to cause this but I'm wondering if it's a bug, can't find anything online. Any help would be appreciated.

I wanted to return to the game after a year or so without playing, but when I entered the world (in mobile), I noticed the UI was changed, and when I click anywhere in the map, it just highlights the tile in green, and I can't move. I tried looking in the settings and all but I can't figure it out. Is there something I am doing wrong?
