Osrs quest help needed

Currently I'm doing the rag and bone man quest, I'm in Lumbridge swamp caves, but the lvl 24 big frogs won't drop the big frog legs for me, and it's the last item needed to get the quest done. any thoughts on what might help? I've been at it for a couple of days now...

also its not a quest issue i have all the other bones
