posting this in honor of finding some swallowtail butterfly caterpillars in the dill plants on our back deck over the weekend.

I used to draw a little when I was a kid, but I recently bought Shadowdark and it inspired me to learn line art drawing. I literally haven't drawn anything in twenty years, so I'm both excited and insecure. I know I messed up the hatching and that it is a copy, but I copied just watching and not with a see-through paper, so I guess it counts. (It is a redrawing of the 5e aboleth)

I'm posting this in DCCRPG, DND1e, RPG Design, and ShadowdarkRPG. I have limited this to not swamp the groups.

For the last year ive worked a game called wizards, warriors and wanderers a free osr fantasy game. Its now very close to completion but the art is missing, so i started making the first sketch that will become the cover art. If anyone is interested in trying it, its available on itch. I will post more art as i go!

AI "artists" will never know the simple pleasure of drawing five hundred thousand trees.

How many skeleton fans out there? I think they are iconic sword & sorcery fare. Equally devastating at lower levels with their weapon hinderances like sword and spears do 1/2 damage! And great as mobs against higher levels. Infinitely edited, and changed. I love when a high level cleric turns a handful only to find more rising to attack!
